.Had used the same hairdresser at this salon for 15 years. While sat in this individuals chair, umbrage was taken at something I said and without my knowledge or permission, my once, one length, long hair was promptly cut & layered, not happy with just this, every single end of my hair was then left severed & spliced. Individual has been reported but it will take YEARS for it to repair and grow back to its original state. What Appalling Behaviour! This individual has now been contacted by our Solicitors March 2012.
