After buying something that unfortunately didn't fit, I returned to the store the following day to ask if they would kindly exchange the outfit. I was met by a very rude lady who, whilst surrounded by her staff, informed me they don't refund or exchange ANYTHING, never have done, never will. I wanted to share this in the hope it saves anyone else going through this whole experience.
