Rented many properties over the years and Hylton Hill is worst I've ever dealt with! Customer service is extremely poor. If anything ever needs doing on the property, then they never return your calls or reply to email. Nobody is ever at the Office and their call centre is outsourced by people who don't know anything, plus are constantly trying to track down Tim Hill who should hold an award for poor service. Will never do business with them again and definitely spreading the word to all friends, family and work colleagues. I wasn't surprised to hear other complaints from other tenants that I know who rent from them!! If you want to keep your sanity then stay away from this estate agent!!!! Wish I didn't have to leave at least one star for this review, they should get zero!
