We are one of Oxford's largest taxi companies and over the years have implemented changes to raise our level of customer service. We are currently well known to most businesses in Oxford as the taxi company of choice as we are the only one where all drivers are uniformed and are certain to be disciplined if seen without. I have read many reviews about other local companies that are simply ridiculous and unreliable. The saying 'the proof is in the pudding' springs to mind... I have seen a number of reviews about 001 TAXIS on various forums like this (by rival companies no less) that are simply slanderous and and possible detrimental to the business, however, it is fool hardy to believe the public are as shallow as these companies would like to think.
