I have had a terrible experience with this lettings agency. They tried to get us to pay a extra months rent by claiming that we had to give notice even though we had a fixed term tenancy agreement. They are now not giving us out deposit back. The staff are rude, do not reply to e-mails and rarely answer the phone. Avoid this agency.
