Hi there guys, me and my cousin we bought a tractor on the 11/01/2012 from QFtractors. We made a deal on a 895KL Case international tractor.In the deal done they were suppose to fix a leak on the hydraulic system, and to put a bucket on.We were promised all those and insured that we are definitely going to be happy customer and came back for more tractors.
Well wrong.This company is a nightmare. My cousin called me after he received the tractor, whit NO BUCKET on and the leak NOT FIXED>
Called the person we dealt with and he told us he is going to check the papers to verify my story. Never called me back.I called after a few day and talked with him again, telling him about our demands. Never called back. I called the office to talk with his boss thinking I will put and end to this matter. He said they are busy and they will call back as soon as possible. Not happened. I call them second day in the morning , was told they emailed me and briefly told me what the email said and if I want the bucket to go and pick it up is there. Of course I had something back to say but had no chance because Mr Foster just hanged up the phone. Call them back and from that point it was no way I could have a normal conversation with them. Mr Foster's dad came on the phone with no knowledge of the problem trying to solve the problem. When I ask him why was he not inform of the matter before he came to fixed it(all they were saying was" I do not know anything of this") he reply on a very demanding and over empowering "Don't tell me how to run my business".
Is no point to go in more details because they are nice and promise everything , but as soon they have the money in there hand the customer does not matter any more. Plus to topped it up they were suppose to send my cousin the paper, which they never did yet.Being told they need serial number and other thinks that they were suppose to have them in the first place. Disgrace this company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
