Property Repair are the only builders in Edinburgh I'd ever use. I first stumbled upon them when my neighbour had a flood a couple of years ago. My neighbour was so impressed that she popped little notes through all of our doors with their contact details. I've since used Property Repair with excellent results for replacing my Kitchen, Bathroom and Hardwood flooring in the Hall. I haven't had the misfortune of having my flat flooded (touch wood), however if it ever happened I know that I'd be in safe hands with Property Repair!
