Sandwich was not what I ordered, was told it was a filling it was clearly not. When took this up with staff received poor customer service and despite it being their error was not offered a refund or change of sandwich, as I had 'took a bite out of the other sandwich'...Of course I had! That's how I discovered it was the wrong sandwich filling!!! Colleagues have been informed so rather than offering me another sandwich they have now lost a number of potential new customers. Please do not make the mistake I did...Do not eat here! You do not get what you pay for!
