If you want a washer for a 10mm bolt then B&Q is the place for you. The staff are pumped up and made to sound friendly which makes B&Q a happier place to shop. This is a large store, a bit like Disneyland for adults if your into DIY. The only negative about this place is you struggle to find someone to help you outside (But i suppose it is cold here in Lancashire)
Ice Cream Van in the car park seems to be there all year, so its great to keep the kids quiet with a Tangle Twister in mid December.
5 out of 5 for me.. If they sold bread & Milk i would go everyday.
