Brian managed to combine being friendly and Profesional so that I felt at ease at all times and that I had the knowledge that I needed to make the best decision for myself. This started with the very useful information I received prior to his visit and continued as he discussed the various options with me in the comfort of my own home. What I feared would be a very daunting and expensive experiance turned out to be quite the opposite.

Unfortunately, an elderly relative of mine required to complete his will in a hurry. He had learned that he had terminal cancer and had only a few weeks to live. He wanted to write a will to ensure his last wishes were fulfilled. Brian was very professional and helpful. His home visit was carried out with sensitivity and he explained the options available. He then guided my relative through the will and ensured that it it matched his requirements. Brian has a friendly yet professional approach, it puts clients at ease and at the same time is reassuringly professional. Brian does not try to ʼsellʼ additional products but does have a number of useful contacts if required. I would recommend Brian unreservedly to anyone who wants to ensure their last wishes are met. This experience has taught the family of the importance of having a will in place and having that peace of mind at a time when you want to spend your time just ʼbeing thereʼ and not frantically running around.

Now we have a baby to consider we thought we should write a will ʼjust in caseʼ. I got quotes from several will writing serivces and the APS rate (Brian Slater) was very competitve. There was also the added advantage of a home visit at a time to suit us. Brian was extremely knowledgeable but there was no hard sell. His emails gave us the opportunity to consider all of our options fully so we were prepared for the meeting and we didnt have to make any on the spot decisions. Very professional.

My father-in-law was recently hospitalised and decided he wanted to make a will. He is an advocate of keeping things in the community and wanted a local business to draft this request. I phoned a number of companies on a Saturday morning. Brian Slater contacted me back the same day and met with my father-in-law on the Sunday! He was extremely professional in his manner, knowledgeable of the process and answered all questions in a way that instilled confidence. Everything was written, proof read and signed within 10 days. An excellent service that I would heartily recommend.
