I contacted the Fireroom to ask to see if they displayed a fire i wanted to purchase, they didnt have it on display however the assistant found me a shop that did and told me to ring him back when i have viewed the fire which i did and i saved £100.00 off the price that i was quoted.
I felt the lad went beyond his call of duty to help me and credit where its deserved a five star service who i would reccomend to anyone.
