very disapointed, took one of your taxis home from town yesterday, when we got to my house, the cab driver said £3.50please so i gave him a £10.00 and he gave me £1.50 change and went in his wallet as i stepped out and went to window for the other £5.00 note he had it in his hand smilled and drove off, i rang up company the operater told me he woud message the taxi drivers and ring me back in an hour, heard nothing back ! i will be taking this further as ive been adviced and teling everyone i no about the poor service , £5.00 pound may not be a lot but it is to me and still wrong what happened, if dont recieve any phone call by today will be taking it further-my landline 01253753173! not impressed stephanie
