Taken my fairly expensive watch here to get the battery replaced, the service seemed great. The price was a little expensive (i mean £90 to change a battery..... come on!!!). But i gave them the benefit of the doubt being as it was an expensive watch.

So the assistant said he'd call me back in a few days to arrange a pickup time. I get the phone call informing me the watch had to be sent back to the manufacturer as they do not have the facility to replace the battery themselves. So i said fair enough. I waited and waited for a return call. It came about 5 weeks later to say there was a delay and it would take a further month. I was a little angry at this, but what can you do.

So the return call came 7 weeks later, to say my watch had arrived back from the manufacturer. Result, so i popped round to pick it up and on arrival i was told there was still a problem with the watch and it would need to be sent back. Now at this point i should have taken the watch back and gone somewhere else. But my mistake i let them send it back to have the problem sorted. The assistant promised me it would be no longer than 1 week.

4 Weeks later i got the call to say it had arrived and all was ok. So i went to the shop and everything was fine. I then told the assistant about the ordeal I'd had and asked if they could reduce the cost or at least give me a small discount. I was told this was not within there policy, so i stumped up the full cost!! I learnt my lesson and i will not be returning here the next time the battery goes.
