Vermilion Restaurant & Cinnabar

Its been a while since I have visited but basically Vermilion is on the first floor (the restaurant) and Cinnebar is the bar (on the second floor)

The restaurant has a high throughput of visitors and the chef told me this could be as many as 300 on a typical weekend night. I would recommend you avoid the set menus and order a la carte as the dishes are 1) bigger 2) tastier 3) better presented.

All the while the restaurant opens to the bar above and you sense the atmosphere upstairs building - the DJ is fantastic!

The place has been used for some of the local soaps and TV shows and also attracts their stars at the weekend.

I am not sure if the place is as popular as it once was, but if you are going as a group you will love it!!
