I'm quite fond of Siclairs, its a true historical pub in Manchester and possibly one of the most famous. Certainly a hot-spot for visitors and tourists. Is very cosy inside with low ceiling's and extremely traditional in every sense of the word. They have a nice selection of ales and its cheap. Big outdoor seating area which is great over the summer months, complete with a great atmosphere.
My only downside is, it gets busy and service at the bar can be slow at times, but it's is a tourist hot-spot.
