The best Chinese restaurant in Manchester along with the Red Chilli on Oxford Road. Many of the dishes here are superior and can be truly outstanding. Extensive renovations a couple of years ago created a spacious and comfortable dining area. Sichuan cooking is very different to the familiar Anglicised Cantonese style, giving a much more interesting and authentic experience and a fully illustrated menu makes unfamiliar dishes more accessible. Hopefully they will address their wine list (as many of their competitors have) because the current one is terrible and corkage on byo is excessive.
