the premier Thai restaurant in Manchester, excellent choice of meat seafood curries and rice/noodle dishes cooked to suit your spice requirements whilst the food isn't cheap (but not outlandishly expensive), they do not mark up the wines too heavily, open at lunchtime for superb value lunches , and yet happily able to cope with 10pm arrivals. green mango salad and garlic fried sea bass , are 2 dishes which stood out for me, the manager hails from the island of koh samui and the southern influence on the cooking shines through here.
