Super fresh record store bang in the heart of Manchester. The shop, record label & club night, 'Friends & Family' have been around for ages & have carved out a reputation for quality music & acts worldwide. The shop,next door to 'Vinyl Exchange', carries hip hop,funk,soul,jazz & bits & bobs of Latin,house,breaks plus the usual DVDs,specialist magazines & other collectibles. The staff are all really friendly & are a fountain of knowledge & although the store is now closed in the week you can browse & listen to your hearts content all day Sat & Sundays. They also have a website www.fatcity.co.uk with a wealth of vinyl, CD & other bits & bobs to purchase. Well worth a check for you vinyl junkies.......
