Dennys hairdressing are a rip off. They used extremely cheap products. I went to get hair extensions for the first time, I didn't know much about them and hoped it would be professional.

The hair extensions were glued to my scalp and was itching from the first day. I tried to put up with the pain and itching but by day 5 I had to take them off. By this point I could not sleep at night because of the pain. She told me that for the best results I should not wash my head for a week.

I went to complain at Dennys but they didn't listen to me and told me that the pain was normal for 2 days. Another stylist that wasn't involved with my hair was extremely rude to me and did not want to listen to what I had to say. I clearly had some hair falling out but she didn't even bother looking properly and walked off in a rude manner.

The hair extensions themselves were also very bad quality, they could not be brushed at all, the hair simply just came off. The glue she used was Salon Pro Exclusives Hair Bonding Glue worth £1.50... and it clearly states at the back to not put the glue on the scalp as it causes allergic reactions.

Everything was cheap, the staff made me feel really uncomfortable about this and lied to me. No patience for my hair or what I wanted. I would not recommend this salon to anyone for extensions.
