Get there early or late or else you'll be waiting to get on machines. Best thing about this gym is Katie a personal trainer. In fact she should get a business listing on here (reactiv8) I'm sure thats her company name. Very professional and she's ripped! - She even got hand picked to got to the Beijing Olympics to trained the athletes between events - so she knows her stuff!
