An elegant hotel with very traditional decor and values, close proximity to Saville Row etc.

The tradition of the hotel becomes apparent almost straight away as jackets are compulsory at both dinner and in the hotel bar - the American Bar (which is also full of signed memorabilia)

Electric blankets on the beds and afternoon tea served every day are just two examples of how the Stafford positions itself, yet this all adds to the charm.

I noticed a poll in the reception area that lists the Stafford as one of the top hotels in the world, I am not sure how this was measured. I can only assume it to be the standard of service, food & drink quality and comfort of each room.
