After the ground floor neighbour moved out, Prestige Property Maintenance Ltd was hired by our council (Tower Hamlets Homes) to perform work on the ground floor 3 bedroom apartment.

During the last 2 and a half months, the men sent by this company to carry out the work have been nothing but a continuous nuisance ― banging and drilling on days and times forbidden by the council. You would think a company with the word "Prestige" in their name would have hired decent, law-abiding workers who know how to carry out their job while abiding to the law and area rules surrounding noise nuisance. I’ve had to listen to nothing but drilling and banging from 9.00am till 9.00pm (and on 3 occasions even up to 10.30pm) Monday through to Sunday. Yep that’s right, even on the weekends.

Drilling and banging is forbidden by our council after 1pm on Saturday and not allowed on a Sunday, yet these idiots seem to think the rules do not apply to them and insist on drilling and banging throughout the whole day on Saturdays and Sundays disturbing the peace and causing a great deal of stress to myself and neighbours. My neighbour had to go outside for a long walk with her 1 year old son after the little boy was woken up from his sleep and started crying due to the excessive noise being made by this company’s workmen on a Sunday. I’ve now filed a complaint with the council regarding this company that they hired.

An Inconsiderate business runned by selfish men with poor conduct.
