Very poor service. Rented our flat through them. Let us down on all possible occasions – had to chase them for every payment. Never paid us on time despite tenant paying regularly and on time. We found out only by accident that they were going into administration and being bought by a third party (just in time to head off another trapped rent payment). We also found out that they had failed to set up the DPS despite charging us for arranging it. Spent several stressful ‘weekes’ trying to find out what was going on, never getting a straight answer or replies when promised.

New owner (friend of the old owner) was also hard work didn’t regularly update us (although promised to). However, after stressful time finally did honour the considerable sums owed.
