Do not trust Walmsley agents. They will not listen to your complaints, fix anything and when you have finally had enough of them you will be ripped off for cleaning and repairs that don't need doing. One in particular to look out for is
JENNY STARK (Caversham office) who will illegally add items to your check out to do list at the end of your tenanacy AFTER you have signed it and send you a bill knowing they can just take it from your rent deposit. The rent deposit scheme is a joke and allows this sort of behaviour by agents and landlords. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I have given them one star only because it is the only way to submit my review. I would like to give them minus a hundred if I could.
