terrible, hopeless dont keep you updated , quote you one amount then charge you more at the end, billing is terrible, they dont let you know your current balance then add charges on later. Bully you into paying an amount you dispute, avoid at all costs , very bad service and beware they will overcharge you! you have been warmed. they also threaten you if you dispute their charges s

I totally agree with the previous reviewer who said this firm of solicitors were totally hopless. My son used this firm of solicitors & 9 months after the accident Lyons Davidson emailed asking for more photographs before they could proceed. In the meantime the other party's solicitors had sorted their claim out. Why on earth Lyons Davidson could not have requested these photographs earlier is a complete mystery. My son had already had to sell his damaged car & he had already sent photographs he had taken of the damage done to his car to Lyons Davidson when the accident had taken place. Clearly it was impossible to send more photos when the vheicle had been sold (for a pittance I might add). If Lyons Davidson had quicker off the mark my son would have stood a chance but unfortunately this firm of solicitors are unable to move at any other speed other than S L O W. I would definitely not recommend anyone should use this firm of solicitors. They are extremely slow to return calls & you need the patience of a saint when dealing with them!
